Steve Robinson was the first of five siblings to enter into the family business, receiving his real estate license in 1982 and his Broker’s license in 1985. As a Broker, he started our Fairfield Glade branch in 1987. Steve was an integral part of bringing the Multiple Listing Service to Cumberland County and has served as President of the Crossville Association of Realtors and Chairman of the MLS Committee. He currently is a member of the Crossville Chapter of the Knoxville Association of Realtors. Steve has been a multi-million dollar producer and a member of the Trailblazers Club many times over. In addition to selling real estate, he has worked in property management and is a land developer, contractor and licensed auctioneer. He and his wife, Regina, have 3 sons and 4 grandchildren and own Chuckles Family Entertainment Center and Southern Traditions & Chocolate Shoppe. Diane Hicks received her Real Estate license in 1987 and joined the family business as the Property Manager and soon became Office Manager and Closing Agent. As a child, she remembers driving around on weekends with her parents and siblings, while her father, Johnnie L. Reeves, the founder of Pioneer Realty, first shared his love of the “Land”. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1991 and continued to work as Office Manager until becoming the Broker of the North Main Street office in 2005. When she is not working, Diane enjoys hiking, taking road trips and looking for waterfalls with her husband Sam and spending time with all of her family, especially her daughters, Melanie and Alyson, son-in-law Jason, and her 5 grandchildren, Caylin, Ashlyn, Stefan, Braden & Deacon. She also enjoys walking outdoors with her sister and traveling, especially to the beach, amusement parks and State and National Parks.

Sharon received her real estate license and joined the family business in 1987. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a Business Minor. After graduating, she began working at Pioneer Realty full time as an agent and Accounts Manager for the property development and construction side of the business. She is now also the Accounts Manager for Pioneer Realty and numerous investment groups. Sharon is married to Tim Walker and they have 2 children, Jaret & Raya. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling and water sports.

Ralph was born in Crossville and has been a resident all of his life except for a few years in Peoria, IL as a small child. He received his Real Estate license and started with Pioneer Realty in March of 2002. Ralph is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a member of the Prestigious Trailblazers Club and has received this award every year since 2002. Kim was born in Ohio and moved to Tennessee at the young age of 12 where she grew up and now calls home. She received her Real Estate license and started with Pioneer Realty in September 2019. Kim and Eddy, along with their son, Shawn, live in the Bondecroft area. They also have a daughter Whitney, son-in-law Alex, and 2 beautiful grandchildren Maxwell, 4 and Ellianna, 2. As a former employee of Flowers Bakery, Kim decided it was time for a career change. She is very excited to start this next chapter as a Realtor. In addition to being a Realtor, Kim and Eddy also have their own business known as Road Hogz Pork Rinds, which they started ten year ago. Kim is a people person, very outgoing and motivated and always enjoys meeting new people. In her spare time she enjoys crafts, horses and being out in nature.

Penny has been with Pioneer Realty for 28 years. She grew up on a large farm in upstate NY, in the Adirondack, Catskill area. She lives in the Woody community with her husband Peter, son Keegan & their Yorkie, Sammy on a small hobby farm. They have a daughter Stacie Gustin, husband Michael & son Tyson that live in Nashville, GA, stationed at Moody Air Force. Her spare time consists of crafting, going to the beach, camping, and fishing.
